Hypnotherapy is a highly effective treatment where I use trance to help you make positive and long-lasting changes in a short time. Have you ever been lost in a daydream or on autopilot whilst driving? Well, these are trance states. Hypnotherapy is essentially guided daydreaming with positive messages spoken out loud by me for you to listen to. Our subconscious minds are always listening in the background for important and helpful messages, so it can benefit anyone. You remain in control the entire time – this is not stage hypnotism!

I am currently in training for my advanced clinical hypnotherapy diploma (accredited by the NCH – National Council for Hypnotherapy) and already have a certification from the American Board of Hypnotherapy. Therefore, my hourly rate is nice and low until I’m fully qualified at advanced diploma level.

Hi! I am Laura, a hypnotherapist and NLP coach who is on a mission to help busy parents to feel connected to their children again. I am a conscious parenting educator who can help to break the cycle of generational parenting by guiding parents via bespoke programmes. Come to me with your desired goals and I will help you to reach these, whether that’s via live weekly calls or face to face in my therapy rooms.

What makes you different from other parenting coaches?

I have a unique outlook whereby I learnt a huge amount from delving into my parents’ relationships with their parents. Through the experience of my parents divorce I have been on a journey which led me here today. I take into account generational patterns, I access my knowledge from Executive Coaching and I skilfully and creatively access the unconscious mind (via hypnotherapy and NLP) to support my clients on their own journey. My analytical brain fused with a spiritual stance is what I like to think makes me different.
